Ordered T3. Did not work at all. Sent it back. They received 11/30. After several emails was told ready to ship on 12/8. Called today 12/15. Can’t answer why has not shipped. They think will be shipped next Monday or Tuesday, then 3-4 days to get to me. Son’s birthday 11/29 no present. Will he even get for Christmas? Asked for credit. They can’t do that. Really??
