Broken Bike

Swagtron - Broken Bike
I was out for a ride today and the chain mechinism gave out. When I got the bike it had a obvious flaw in the sproket mechinism. Well today it got caught up and tore the guide for the chain clean off. Ill add a video and pictures of what happened but I hope I can get new parts for the bike so its working again.

Dear, Swagtron i bought a hoverboard from brandsmarket and my son went in the rain with it drove through puddle and stuff then after awhile he stoped using it tried to use it again but it didnt work all it did was go in circles my oldest son watched youtube tutorial on how to fix the hoverboard but since it didnt work i took it back to the store and they said to contact u to fix it and since i have a warranty on it i expect to be fix in some time pls and thank

The warranty became void when your son attempted to repair it via youtube. However, since it was damaged by use (abuse), you were likely SOL on that anyways.

Screws loosen and not working

I purchased My EB7 two years ago but only ridden it 2 times. I rode the bike 2-3 miles total then put it in a secured storage.

I recently took it out of the storage and decided to use it again. However, I noticed that the screw on the battery handle was loose and came out. But, I wasnt able to screw it back. It was too loose to reinsert.

Now I have a problem pulling the battery out because the handle is missing a screw. Also, there are several screws loose inside the battery itself. I could hear it when moving the battery.

This shouldnt happen to a bike ridden least than 3 miles. Please advise.

I disconnect cable to change back tube , now motor don't come on

I bought E-bike from original buyer, now I cant get any answers from customer reps with issues the original owner supposedly lives in Colorado and I live in Arizona Is there any other way I can get help getting my E-bike going I luv the bike, had no problems with it just a flat tire

Matter of fact I sent them an email two days ago still no response. And this was in reference to parts. I give them an F equals failure

This is the 4 th we bought and have broken. My grandson paid for it himself and cant afford to buy another one. We want it replaced. I will definitely post on Facebook not to buy your product. . Expecting an answer

Yes there was a couple of issues the scooter is slow doesn't go past 15.5 it says 18.6 if you you are not on the bike once once you are connected via Bluetooth the torque is very slow

I have the new swagtron swagcycle pro with the mirror and better seat it does not go as fast as the first version with the hard seat why did you slow the torque down on the new version I'm so disappointed because I wanted to be a distributor

New parts needed defect I had to buy two scooters because of the defect then they listed it is not in stock and now they have the exact same scooter different color different name I'm just trying to g

They make everything so impossible you have to pay for your own shipping if you want maintenance done on the scooter bike that you've bought you have to pay for shipping if you have somebody else work on it you void your warranty the scooter I bought was defective had to buy two of them I'm disabled and it's like having legs and had to buy two of them and borrow money to do that I don't have an income yet talk to my lawyer about that and I went to go get a new battery and they made it items specific I have to go through them to get the battery that is ridiculous and I know what this battery is supposed to cost how much you want to make it but it's going to be four times the cost it's ridiculous don't buy from swagtron unless you have to unless they make this right I'm I'm going to go to town on giving them bad reviews and I'm glad that this is available to me just speak out and hopefully maybe they'll even help me namaste and God bless

Poor customer service/they do not know how to help you with technical support. They also do not have repair parts in stock and what they do have is very limited. The person that owns does not even live in this country. When you have to fill out an application just to submit a order is ridiculous and They will get back with you within 3 to 4 days. Better Business Bureau should be contacted but I doubt if theyll do anything. This company is a joke

Jennifer is an angel she helped me through a process to get my email and get the return projected thank you so much swagtron I understood that they took the package and return free of charge and are going to ship it back for your charge after it is repaired and when it gets to Indiana the problem will be fixed I'll have a new charger and a new receptacle put on the the body of the scooter I hope I'll communicate with them as time goes on and I hope they send me an email to my address when they receive and repair my scooter I'll be looking for it thank you so much swagtron gracefully
