I bought an ebike from hsn from swagtron and have not had it a year yet and im having problems already I return on the first complaint they told me to ship it on my expense I did I return my bike the light indicator as soon as u ride it on a full charge the battery dies fast and u have to keep on recharging it less than five minutes so I send it in and they didn't fix it the first time so now I have to resend it now they fix the flat tire but now that's making a squeaking noise and sound like the tires are rubbing the tire gets real hot when u ride it now they send me a prepaid post but I still have to pay for shipping cus swagtron company forgot to call ups to let them know they didn't pay for me to resend

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Product is cool.
I didn't like: Price is way too much for the bike to have a lot of issues, Make me pay to ship their defective product, Machine i got is defective.
