Swagtron - Worst service and product

I booked recertified hoverboard And i got it as per delivery date credit goes to ups . 1. Charger was broken. 2. I was not able to reduce speed or sensitivity . 3. I asked for exchange and their eta itself is 3weeks . Basically recertified hoverboards are never certified and customer service is pathetic. If i had booked different brand i would have become and expert in hoverboard.

My son got this as a birthday gift two and a half months ago, since it was a gift do not have access to the receipt they say warranty is voided and want to charge me for repair. My son is devastated he can’t get his hover board repaired.
