My t6 isn't working correctly
Yeah my t6 Swag tron has a grinding sound and feel in the left wheel when in motion. It's brand new, it's only been road like twice and now it's dlingus.
Not real sure. What's going on? But I know for it being brand new.
This shouldn't be happening and it is. Got me *** off for the amount of money that this Thing cost me It shouldn't be happening.

The email to the company doesn't go through. According to the reviews, the guy that is in charge is a disgrace to the human race; he doesn't get back to you.

Verified ReviewerCompany stole my scooter
I would say this company seems to have gone out of business, but still presents as an active e-retail website. I dont know if theyre still shipping new product, but anyone considering ordering on their website should reconsider.
I had a repair issue covered by warranty for a scooter purchased in December.
I spoke with someone who sent me the proper forms and shipping instructions. I shipped the scooter to them as instructed and received email confirmation that they received the scooter for repair on 1/26/2024.
I have heard nothing since. I have sent dozens of message/contact request forms. I have dialed their phone number (the only one available that I can find anywhere online) hundreds of times over 6 weeks, and each time encounter a busy signal.
Their website continues to update with seasonal specials. This means either those running the company have disappeared as other evidence suggests and these are prescheduled site updates (in which case, new purchases would be unlikely to be fulfilled), or theyve been intentionally scamming people in the past several months. Either scenario is a losing one for the unsuspecting consumer.
I have never experienced anything like this. Ive never even heard of anything like this, from a seemingly established company/manufacturer (as evidenced by its multi-generation products) with pretty decent reviews.
Ever.
Ive since turned it over to my credit card company for dispute. Hoping a party with a voice louder than mine can correct the issue and perhaps blow the lid off whatever it is Swagtron is doing here.

Bought two EB5 Pro Plus last year.
One's doing fine. The other, the battery went out, no good, won't charge, after about two months.
Impossible to buy a new battery.
You don't have it, no one has it.
What do you suggest?
So can use one of the bikes. The other is useless.

I bought two EB9 bikes in September and, after a few weeks, one of the batteries died. I sent the battery back (RA 256175) and was told that they were out of stock.
I have been sending monthly requests for an update but have not received any information as to when I can expect a replacement. Their customer service is very poor--no communication and no replacement part.

Good product just can't get ahold of anyone... Everytime I try to call or, "contact us" to no avail. Some sight called, "just answers" charged me $46 out of California said they fixed it, what a scam.

Bought an E-bike which does not work. I reached out to the company several times to no avail.
So I am stuck with a big paperweight. The bike is useless. Their customer service is non-existent, the number they have for contact, 844-299-****, is not in service.
I could not find any other point of contact. Do not buy your bike from them, unless you like headaches.

Defective item no one return contact
I bought a refurbished hoverboard for my son. We used ONE time it stoped working.
Have been trying to return it for 2 weeks no one even responds the emails and the number provided does not work.
If you try their website it also does not work. Terrible product and service dont buy it ever and please spread the word: this is a *** brand!
