Swagtron - No news

Black friday ordered and still no news from my order. Been contacting them but each time a new person says theyll notify me when ready. They didnt say this was backordered!!! They assured that eill ship whithin 2-3 days of ordering and apparently was not the case.... Still dont know if it is arriving but they did charge my card!!!
