I talked with another gentalmen in customer service and he agreed to send me a comparable modle but couldn't guarantee that it would arrive before Christmas ....well see what happens I'll post a update

I purchased a refurbished t3 for my daughter for christmas i placed order on nov 25th 2017 when i recieved the board on time when i took it out of the box it looked like it was returned by someone they slapped a lable on it and shipped it to me not only did it not work (only one wheel worked ) it was missing 12 out of the 16 or so screws that hold bottom together i mean really???So they gave me a lable to ship it back by time all this happens and they recieve it its dec 18th they proceed to tell me that there techs will look at it and have a answer for me in 1-15 days ,so i called and explained that this was my daughters christmas present and she would have pretty much nothing to open .......

long story short i asked for a manager and they said theyll call me back .....that same person calls back 15 min latet saying they had none in stock and they could refund my money in 5 to 7 days ....after christmas if your keeping track i asked about a upgrade .....also out of stock i mean reaaly so thanks swagtron i guess ill just tell my 9 year old i tried and its the thought that counts

This company is a joke.Their customer service is worse than those like Walmart or Comcast that are regularly mocked.

You may have to get an attorney involved as they will not and have no intentions of resolving your issue.Good luck
