Bought a new T5 from Best Buy.Didnt last a month.I paid to send back Swagtron to wait almost a month to get a refurbished board with no charger.Customer Service not helpful

Sent email..Their mistake and its gonna be 72 hrs to hear anything.Not by phone only email..Really..Learn customer service.Worst service Ever.So out 249. New board.22 for shipping back their messed up product.And anyones guess when I will get a charger for my refurbished board.Waste of money.
